2. Subscriptions and Billing
Parts of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy.
3. Disclaimer of Legal Advice
Some of our applications (such as Etsy Shield) provide automated scanning for potential trademarked keywords based on a curated database. This tool does not constitute legal advice. We are not lawyers. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your listings and content comply with third-party platform policies and trademark laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Passie Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.
